As per the registered condominium By-Laws and validated by the Courts, all rentals are strictly limited to one month or more.  No weekly rentals are allowed.  To avoid doubt, any scheme or arrangement for the use of a unit by more than one paying guest or group each staying for less than a month including, but not limited to, sharing, co-letting or leasing, subletting, fractionalising or otherwise are not allowed.

All Paying Occupants must complete a Paying Occupant Indemnity Agreement and submit this along with the requested documents and identification before their arrival.  Upon arrival a security deposit must be paid to the Strata Corporation.

All Unaccompanied Non-Paying Occupants must complete an Unaccompanied Non-Paying Occupant Indemnity Agreement and submit this along with the requested documents and identification before their arrival.  Upon arrival a security deposit must be paid to the Strata Corporation.
